Assalam o Alleyykum!
[Peace be upon You]
Marton! Peace in mind and Serenity in heart every human being is looking for. In fact, Peace in Mind and Serenity in heart emerge when life is based upon Ethical and Moral Values.
Marton!

Head of the State base the ‘Politics’, upon Ethical and Moral Values,

Commercial organisations base their policies upon Honesty and Integrity,

Professional organisations e.g. auditors, lawyers, physicians base their policies upon ‘Independence’ and ‘Objectivity’.

Etc. etc.
Marton! In short, people in power talk about and base their policies upon Ethical and Moral Values but they do not implement those with the sincerity of heart and mind. However, they base on basis of face value. Being a professional accountant and principal of project: Call for Peace, with the Grace of Allah, I have experienced and observed the Politics of the whole world and what the outcome is that, more or less, every mind is restless.
Why?
Marton! The ‘Greediness’ has emerged in the minds of people and everyone is looking to accumulate wealth by hook and crook.
Martons! Alhamdu’lillah! To convey the Messages to Look for Peace, with the Grace of Allah, set up following websites and created data of the current affairs of the Politics of the world on the basis of Qur’an and Hadith as Qur’an is Word of Allah and Hadith is elaboration of the Qur’an. And Ethical and Moral Values are based upon Qur’an and Hadith.
Marton! Non-Muslims do not believe that Qur’an had been revealed to Khatim ul Anbiyya Mohammed Ibne Abdullah (SAW). However, they formed an opinion that Qur’an has been composed by Mohammed Ibne Abdullah (SAW), As Qur’an is Comprehensive Book in every respect, It has made Its place in the Church of Lincoln’s Inn where His (SAW) name is on the top of the list of Law Givers as:
The Greatest Law Giver
Marton! Supreme Court of USA has also recognised Mohammed Ibne Abdullah (SAW) as the Greatest Law Giver. There is inscription outside the Supreme Court of USA:
Marton! The question emerges that the every non – Muslim have not read or studied the Qur’an but he talks about and believes in Ethical and Moral Values. This depicts that every Non – Muslim is basically a Muslim. Why Non – Muslims are termed as Non – Muslim because they do not believe that Mohammed Ibne Abdullah (SAW) is the Last Prophet of Allah and the Qur’an had been revealed upon Him (SAW).
Marton! The question emerges how Non – Muslims are basically, Muslims?
Marton! Everyone believes that Allah created Hazrat Adam (PBUH) and the mankind is offspring of Hazrat Adam (PBUH). Allah inflicted soul in every offspring of Hazrat Adam (PBUH). Allah gathered all the souls and asked them to testify that Allah is their Rabb. This dialogue is in the Qur’an:
Translation Surah Al A’raf Ayat no 172
بسم اللہ الرحمن الرحیم
And (remember) when you Lord brought forth from Children of Adam, from their loins, their seed (or from Adam’s loin his offspring) and made them testify as to themselves (saying):
“Am I not your Lord?”
The said: “Yes! We Testify”,
Lest you should say on the Day of Resurrection: Verily, we have been unaware of this.
Marton! When all the souls testified that Allah is their Rabb, they became Muslim.
Marton! Allah has revealed in the Qur’an that Shaitan (Devil) is enemy of mankind many times:
Surah Al Baqrah Ayat no. 208
بسم اللہ الرحمن الرحیم
O you who believe! Enter perfectly in Islam (by obeying all the rules and regulations of Islamic way of life) and follow not the footsteps of Shaitan (Satan). Verily he is to you a plain enemy.
Marton! Element of Naffas (Psyche) is also in the Fitrat (Disposition) of mankind whose job is to inspire not to follow the Ethical and Moral Values.
Marton! So Naffas and Shaitan lured the mankind away to follow Ethical and Moral Values. However, if they want to follow then follow just on the Face Value.
Marton! In short, mankind digressed from the Right Path and was out of the Circle of Islam though remains basically Muslim because he believes in Ethical and Moral Values.
Analysis of Half Acre Care Home
Marton! In short, since I became Temporary Resident in Half Acre Care Home, I started looking at the Politics of Half Acre Care Home critically and penned the ‘Goodies’ and ‘Shortcomings’ of the care home, with the intension to make improvement rather than criticise. Politics is defined by a Muslim Scholar Imam Ghazali (RA):
‘Politics’ is the ‘Policy’ that creates respect, love, affection, unity among the people.
CONCLUSION
Martons! The conclusion boils down to is that I should look at the ‘Shortcomings’, and remove them and always try to improve the services especially, the staff because the staff is being over worked and while they are looking after the old people to facilitate their lives but policies of the administration are leading them to disability. The staff does not speak but it is apparent that they are victim of back pains, knee pains and joint pains.
