Ulema e Karam
Assalam o Alleyykum!
Mohtaram! Alhamdu’lillah! Mohammed Ibne Abdullah (SAW) is Khatim ul Anbiyya and under the light of Qur’an and Hadith Ulema e Karam are His (SWT) heir. Where they are under obligation to convey Message of Allah to the Non-Muslims and help Muslims to become Good Muslim. Under the light of Qur’an and Hadith it is easy to become Muslim but it is not easy to become a Good Muslim. The poet of the East Allama Mohammed Iqbal (RA) has expressed it in verse:
یہ شہادت گۂ الفت میں قدم رکھنا ہے
لوگ آسان سمجھتے ہیں مسلمان ہونا
To step in the Circle of Islam is easy but to become Good Muslim is not easy.
Mohtaram! Alhamdu’lillah! It will be in your knowledge that when Hazrat Ibrahim
(PBUH) and Hazrat Isma’iel (PBUH) built Bait Ullah, Allah (SWT) asked them to the effect what would they require in return for building Bait Ullah? As per narration, Hazrat Ibrahim petitioned many Dua’as. Among the Dua’as was the Dua’a to the effect:
O Allah!
Help us to become Good Muslim.
Mohtaram! Alhamdu’lillah! Hazrat Ibrahim (PBUH) is forefather of Anbiyya e Karam. The imperativeness of the Dua’a is apparent that how cumbersome is to become Good Muslim. This aspect has been revealed in the Qur’an, Word of Allah:
Translation Surah Al Hujurat Ayat no 14
بسم اللہ الرحمن الرحیم
The Bedouins say: Ham Eman Lai (“We believe”) Say: You believe not (Eman Naheen Lai) but you only say, ‘We have surrendered (In Islam)’, for Eman (Faith) has not yet entered your hearts.
But if you obey Allah and His Messenger (Mohammed (SAW), He will not decrease anything in reward for your deeds. Verily, Allah is Oft – forgiving, Most Merciful.

Here it is told that when Eman and belief gets fully strong in the heart and takes root, then the habit of back – biting
and fault picking etc. are removed. When a person is involved in searching the faults and defects of others and in vexing humanity, then understand that Eman has not fully permeated into his heart.
Mohtaram! Ulema e Karam say that Allah (SWT) has addressed Muslims where the context is to the effect that O Muslims! Believe with ‘reason’ upon Lone Entity of Allah, Anbiyya of Allah, Angels of Allah, Books of Allah and Day of Judgment:
Translation Surah An Nisa Ayat no. 136
بسم اللہ الرحمن الرحیم
Ay Eman Walo! ((O you who believe)! یقین لاؤ (Believe) in Allah and His Messenger (Mohammed (SAW)), and the Book (the Qur’an) which He sent down to His Messenger, and the Scripture which He sent down to those before (him); and whosoever disbelieves in Allah, His Angels, His Books, His Messengers, and the Last Day, then indeed he has strayed far away.
Mohtaram! Ulema e Karam elaborate the above Ayat that unless and until a Muslim does not become a Good Muslim, it can happen that he may get out of the Circle of Islam and he is not aware of it. Alhamdu’lillah! This aspect has been revealed in the Qur’an, the Ayat next to the above Ayat no. 136 of Surah An Nisa:
Translation Surah An Nisa Ayat no. 137
بسم اللہ الرحمن الرحیم
Verily, those who believe, then disbelieve, then believe (again), and (again) disbelieve, and go on increasing in disbelief;
Allah will not forgive them, nor guide them on the (right) way.
Mohtaram! Ulema e Karam elaborate that among these Muslims those Muslims
are also included who have gotten out of Circle of Islam by uttering Kuffaria Kalema and they are not aware of it.
Mohtaram! Under the light of Qur’an and Hadith Ulema e Karam are obliged to make aware of Muslims about the Kalemat and deeds where a Muslim gets out of the Circle of Islam.
Mohtaram! Alhamdu’lillah! For the last 35 years am in search of Right Path of Allah (SWT) but, with due respect, never came across a book or listened in any Sermon of Ulema e Karam where it is highlighted that how a Muslim, unknowingly, gets out of Circle of Islam.
Mohtaram! Alhamdu’lillah! In the year 2016 Sheikh Zulfiqar Ahmed Naqshbandi Damat Barakatuhu highlighted the Kalemat where a Muslim, unknowing, gets out of Circle of Islam and it becomes compulsory upon them to Revive their Eman and Nikah, if married.
Mohtaram! Alhamdu’lillah! Project: Call for Peace emails message Ramadan Mubarak upon the arrival of month of Ramadan ul Mubarak. In the message Ramadan Mubarak in the year 2016 the transcript of the Sermon of Sheikh Zulfiqar Ahmed Naqshbandi was copied as well where a Muslim gets out of the Circle of Islam. It was petitioned that this message should forwarded to their respective PR.
Mohtaram! In the year 2019, the project: Call for Peace, had the honour to listen programme ‘Ahkam e Shariat’ on website: www.youtube.com presented by Mufti Akmal Damat Barakatuhu on TV channel ARY. In this programme Mufti Akmal Damat Barakatuhu was asked a question about the method of تجدید ایمان اور تجدید نکاح (Revival of Eman and Revival of Nikah). Alhamdu’lillah! The method of تجدید ایمان اور تجدید نکاح told by Mufti Akmal Damat Barakatuhu has been copied in the article: تجدید ایمان اور تجدید نکاح The method of تجدید ایمان اور تجدید نکاح is very simple.

for single person he just have to repent and revive his Eman before Allah

For married man and woman, first, both husband and wife revive their Eman like a single person and there after to revive their Nikah there ought to be two witnesses.
Mohtaram! There is no need of an Alim to revive Nikah. Husband, wife and two witnesses. Witnesses can among the adult relatives. Even adult sons can be witnesses.
Mohtaram! In view of the demands of Scientific Age and experiences and observations it appears that majority of the Muslim Ummah has gotten out of the Circle of Islam and they are not aware of it.
Mohtaram! Alhamdu’lillah! Project: Call for Peace warranted that representation be made to Ulema e Karam that the article: تجدید ایمان اور تجدید نکاح ought to be studied with ‘Eagle Eye’ and this aspect is reflected in Sermons, speeches and otherwise where a Muslim gets out of the Circle of Islam, unknowingly, i.e. highlight the

Mohtaram! The humble request is that please highlight the above websites in your Sermons and Speeches so that Muslim Ummah becomes aware at international level that how, unknowingly, a Muslim gets out of the Circle of Islam. On the Day of Judgement their Book of Deed will be empty of Good Deeds which they performed considering themselves to be Muslims.
Mohtaram! Alhamdu’lillah! The name: Call for Peace and Aman Ki Pukar has reached all over the world. However, it is un – renowned at this stage because it could not get the attention of Ulema e Karam.
Mohtaram! The history reveals that there were times when Ulema e Karam could not respond to the challenges of Non – Believers but un – renowned Ulema or even ‘Minor Muslims’ responded to the challenges of the Non – Believers and made them speechless. In this respect, no doubt you must be aware that Imam Abu Hanifa (RA) responded to the question of a Non – Believer while he was 11 years of age.
Question: What was before the Lone Entity of Allah (SWT)?
Response: The Non – Believer was asked to count the digits backward from 10 – 1. When he was asked what is before 1, he became speechless.
Question: To which direction Allah (SWT) is heading?
Response: A lamp was lit where the light was spread all around. The Non – Believer became speechless.
Mohtaram! The humble request is to the effect that please do not consider the ILM of an un – renowned personality, baseless. ILM is bestowed by Allah (SWT).
Mohtaram! The history reveals that there were times where Khatim ul Anbiyya Mohammed Ibne Abdullah (SAW) were not bestowed with the ILM in respect of worldly affairs that was given to an ordinary personality. In this respect, the example is at the time of صلح حدیبیہ (Sulah Hudabbia). The covenant entered between Muslims and Kuffar that the Muslims will go back to Madinah, this year and can come the following year to perform Umrah. The Sahaba Karam (RTU) were reluctant to come out of Ahram where Khatim ul Anbiyya Mohammed Ibne Abdullah (SAW) were looking worried. He (SAW) entered in the tent of His (SAW) wife Umme Salma (RTU). Umme Salma (RTU) noticed that there were signs of worry on the Face Mubarak of Prophet (SAW). She (RTU) petitioned to the effect: Ya Rasool Allah! My parents sacrificed upon You (SAW), You (SAW) look worried. He (SAW) responded to the effect: Sahaba Karam (RTU) are reluctant to come out of Ahram. Umme Salam (RTU) petitioned to the effect: Ya Rasool Allah! Please sacrifice the animal and come out of Ahram. Insha’allah! Sahaba (RTU) shall follow You (SAW).
Mohtaram! Alhamdu’lillah! He (SAW) sacrificed an animal and came out of Ahram. Alhamdu’lillah! Sahaba (RTU) followed Him (SAW) i.e. they sacrificed animals and came out of Ahram.
Mohtaram! Allah (SWT) could bestow this ILM to Mohammed Ibne Abdullah (SAW). But, one of the Hikmahs appears to be that in future Ulema e Karam ought not to ignore the ILM of un – renowned people. ILM is bestowed by Allah. No one holds personal ILM.
CONCLUSION
Mohtaram! Alhamdu’lillah! You are heir to the Khatim ul Anbiyya Mohammed Ibne Abdullah (SAW). Alhamdu’lillah! The project: Call for Peace, with the Grace of Allah, has highlighted the کلمات اور اعمال (sentences and deeds) where a Muslim can get out of the Circle of Islam where it is necessary to Revive their Eman and Nikah, if married.
