High Commissioner! Please read and study these letters in the manner where the government has to pass a bill and the draft is read taking into account every aspect so that no loophole is left and the public do not follow the law and is not accountable. If a Muslim is out of the Circle of Islam, his every Good Deed becomes meaningless and he will face the Anger of Allah forever i.e. he will remain in Hell forever:
ترجمہ سورۃ النبا آیت نمبر30 – 21
بسم اللہ الرحمن الرحیم
بیشک دوزخ تاک میں ہے شریروں کا ٹھکانا۔ لا رہا کریں اس میں قرنوں۔ ج نہ چکھیں وہاں کچھ مزہ ٹھنڈک کا اور نہ پینا ملے کچھ۔ لا مگر گرم پانی اور بہتی پیپ۔ لا بدلہ ہے پورا ان کو توقع نہ تھی حساب کی۔ اور جھٹلاتے تھے ہماری آیتوں کو مکرا کر۔ ط اور ہر چیز ہم نے گن رکھی ہے لکھ کر۔ لا اب چکھو کہ ہم نہ بڑھاتے جائیں گے تم پر مگر عذاب۔
Translation Surah an – Naba Ayat no. 21 – 30
بسم اللہ الرحمن الرحیم
Truly, Hell is a place of ambush…..
A dwelling place for the Taghun (those who transgress the boundary limits set by Allah like polytheists, disbelievers in the Oneness of Allah, hypocrites, sinners, criminals).
They will abide therein for ages.
Nothing cool shall they taste therein, nor any drink.
Except boiling water, and dirty wound discharges ….
An exact recompense (according to their evil crimes)
For verily, they used not to look for a reckoning.
But they belied Our Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, and that which Our Prophet (SAW) brought)) Completely.
And all things We have recorded in a Book.
So taste you (the results of your evil actions) No increase shall We give you, except in torment.
ترجمہ سورۃ ھود آیت نمبر 106
بسم اللہ الرحمن الرحیم
سو جو لوگ بد بخت ہیں وہ تو آگ میں ہیں ان کو وہاں چیخنا ہے اور دھاڑنا۔ لا ہمیشہ رہیں اس میں جب تک رہے آسمان اور زمین مگر جوچاہے تیرا رب ط بیشک تیرا رب کر ڈالتا ہے جو چاہے۔
Translation Surah Hud Ayat no. 106
بسم اللہ الرحمن الرحیم
As for those who are wretched, they will be in the Fire, sighing in a high and low tone.
High Commissioner! Alhamdu’lillah! You are viceroy of President of Pakistan. The letter address to President of Pakistan, Arif Alvi, is being sent to you for the reason that the correspondence from your side receives immediate attention while correspondence from public fall under Red Tape.
High Commissioner! No doubt being a Muslim you believe that the success in this world and life hereafter is based upon following Deen e Islam and Allah (SWT) has revealed this aspect in the Qur’an:
ہائی کمشنر! بلا شبہ بحیثیت مسلمان ہونے کے آپ کا اس بات پر ایمان ہے کہ دنیا اور آخرت کی کامیابی دین اسلام کی پیروی کرنے میں ہے اور اللہ تعالٰی نے اپنے فضل و کرم سے اس کا ذکر اپنے کلام قران پاک میں کیا ہے:
ترجمہ سورۃآل عمران آیت نمبر85
بسم اللہ الرحمن الرحیم
و من یتبع غیر الاسلام دیناً فلن یقبل منہ ج و ھو فی الاٰخرۃ من الخٰسرین۔
اور جو کوئی چاہے سوا دین اسلام کے اور کوئی دین سو اس سے ہر گز قبول نہیں ہو گا ج اور وہ آخرت میں خراب ہے۔
Translation Surah Al Imran Ayat no 85
بسم اللہ الرحمٰن الرحیم
An whosoever seeks a way of life other than Islam, it will not be accepted of him, and in the Hereafter he will be one of the losers.
High Commissioner! In short, in this Scientific Age majority of Muslim Ummah has digressed from Right Path. The proof is, Jazeera tul Arab, that is Centre of Deen e Islam, the Axes of Evils are being promoted. For example: in United Arab Emirates the meat of pig is being sold, there are wine bars, casinos, night clubs and shamelessness. In Saudi Arabia a city by the name of Neon is being built where Islamic Jurisdiction will not be applied and every facility shall be provided for luxurious way of life. In Saudi Arabia Axes of Evils are being promoted. For example: 213 are free from Hijab and Niqab, music concerts are being held, cinema houses have been built, women can go abroad without the permission of Mahram i.e. husband or father.
High Commissioner! Alhamdu’lillah! Pakistan emerged on the map of the world based upon Kalema Tayyibah
لا الہ الاللہ محمد الرسول اللہ but every kind of Axis of Evil is being promoted. In other words, the Naffas of the public are being polluted while it is the responsibility of Heads of Islamic States to cleanse the Naffas of the public. Obligation of the Heads of Islamic States has been revealed in the Qur’an:
ترجمہ سورۃ آل عمران آیت نمبر 164
بسم اللہ الرحمن الرحیم
لقد من اللہ علی المؤمنین اذ بعث فیھم رسولا من انفسھم یتلوا علیھم اٰ یٰتہ و یزکیھم و یعلمھم الکتٰب والحکمہ ج و ان کانو من قبل لفی ضلٰل مبین۔
اللہ نے احسان کیا ایمان والوں پر جو بھیجاان میں رسول انہی میں کا پڑھتا ہے ان پر آیتیں اس کی اور پاک کرتا ہے ان کو یعنی شرک وغیرہ سے اور سکھلاتا ہے ان کو کتاب اور کام کی بات ج اور وہ تو پہلے سے صریح گمراہی میں تھے۔
Translation Surah Al Imran Ayat no 164
بسم اللہ الرحمٰن الرحیم
Indeed Allah conferred a great favour on the believers when He sent among them a Messenger (Mohammad (SAW) from among themselves, reciting unto them His Ayats (the Qur’an), and purifying them (from sins by their following him), and instructing them (in) the Book (the Qur’an) and Al-Hikmah [the wisdom and Sunnah of the Prophet (SAW) (i.e. his legal ways, statements and acts of worship)], while before they had been in manifest error.
High Commissioner! Ulema e Karam say that the word
رسول (Rasool) also include Heads of the Islamic States as they are Viceroys of Khatim ul Anbiyya Mohammed Ibne Abdullah (SAW).
High Commissioner! Alhamdu’lillah! You are Viceroy of the Head of State of Islamic Jamhuria Pakistan and Head of the Islamic State is Viceroy of Khatim ul Anbiyya Mohammed Ibne Abdullah (SAW). Therefore, following responsibilities have emerged upon your shoulders:

High Commissioner! After reading the article and letters, please contact the President of Pakistan immediately and make him aware of the status quo and write email the letter to this effect.
High Commissioner! Please call the session of all the staff of Pakistan High Commission and ask them to read the article and letters on above mentioned websites. Moreover, please inform all the High Commissioners of Pakistan, by email, all over the world and ask them that they and all the staff must read the article and the letters on the above-mentioned websites.
High Commissioner! Under the light of Qur’an and Hadith, with due respect, if you do not fulfil your duties and responsibilities, you will not pay the dues of your post. This aspect has been revealed in the Qur’an:
ہائی کمشنر! قران و حدیث کی روشنی میں جن ذمہ داریوں نے جنم لیا ہے اگر آپ نے ان کو پورا نہ کیا تو آپ نے اپنے منصب کا حق ادا نہیں کریں گے جس کا ذکر قرآن میں ہے
ترجمہ سورۃ المائدہ آیت نمیر 67
بسم اللہ الرحمن الرحیم
اے رسول! پہنچا دے جو تجھ پر اترا ہے تیرے رب کی طرف سے ط
اور اگر ایسا نہ کیا تو تو نے کچھ نہ پہنچایا اس کا پیغام
ط اور اللہ تجھ کو بچا لے گا لوگوں سے ط بیشک اللہ راستہ نہیں دکھلاتا قوم کفار کو۔
Translation Surah Al Ma’idah Ayat no. 67
بسم اللہ الرحمٰن الرحیم
O Messenger (Mohammed (SAW))! Proclaim (the Message) which has been sent down to you from your Lord. And if you do not, then you have not conveyed His Message. Allah will protect you from mankind. Verily, Allah guides not the people who disbelieve.
High Commissioner! Ulema e Karam elaborate that اے رسول contains all the Viceroys of Khatim ul Anbiyya Mohammed Ibne Abdullah (SAW). Ulema further elaborate that the viceroy who do not fulfil their duties and responsibilities, their dwellings shall be in Hell, that has been revealed in the Qur’an:
ہائی کمشنر! علمائے کرام فرماتے ہیں کہ اے رسول میں خاتم الانبیأ محمد ابن عبداللہ صل اللہ علیہ وسلم کے تمام قائم مقام بھی شامل ہیں۔ علمائے کرام مزید فرماتے ہیں کہ جو قائم مقام اپنی ذمہ داریوں کو نہیں ادا کرتے ان کا ٹھکانہ جہنم ہوتا ہے جس کا ذکر قرآن پاک میں ہے جو اللہ کا کلام ہے:
ترجمہ سورۃ الملک آیت نمیر 11 – 6
بسم اللہ الرحمن الرحیم
اور جو لوگ منکر ہوئے اپنے رب سے ان کے واسطے ہے عذاب دوزخ کا ط اور بری جگہ جا پہنچے۔ جب اس میں ڈالے جائیں گے سنیں گے اس کا ڈھاڑنا اور وہ اچھل رہی ہوگی۔ لا ایسا لگتا ہے کہ پھٹ پڑے گی جوش سے ط جس وقت پڑے اس میں ایک گروہ پوچھیں ان سے دوزخ کے داروغہ کیا نہ پہنچا تھا تمہارے پاس کوئی ڈرانے والا؟ وہ بولیں کیوں نہیں! ہمارے پاس پہنچا تھا ڈر سنانے والا لا پھر ہم نے جھٹلایا اور کہا نہیں اتاری اللہ نے کوئی چیز ج تم تو پڑے ہوئے ہو بڑے بہکاوے میں۔ اور کہیں گے اگر ہم ہوتے سنتے یا سمجھتے تو نہ ہوتے دوزخ والوں میں۔ سو قائل ہو گئے اپنے گناہ کے ج اب دفع ہو جائیں دوزخ والے۔
Translation Surah Al Mulk Ayat no. 6 – 11
بسم اللہ الرحمٰن الرحیم
And for those who disbelieve in their Lord (Allah) is the torment of Hell, and worst indeed is the destination.
When they are cast therein, they will hear the (terrible) drawing in of its breath as it blazes forth.
It almost burst up with fury. Every time a group is cast therein, its keeper will ask: “did no warner come to you?”
They will say: “Yes, indeed a warner did come to us, but we belied him and said: ‘Allah never sent down anything (of revelation); you are only in great error.
And they will say: “Had we but listened or used our intelligence, we would not have been among the dwellers of blazing fire.
Then they will confess their sin. So, away with the dwellers of the blazing Fire.
High Commissioner! In short, the circumstantial evidence depicts that majority of Muslim Ummah has gotten out of Circle of Islam, therefore, it is necessary that whole Muslim Ummah ought to Revive Eman and Nikah so that, with the Grace of Allah, the end ends upon Eman where with the attribute of being Rehman and Raheem of Allah (SWT) earn permit to go to Paradise and enjoy Bounties of Allah forever that no eye has seen no ear has heard and no mind can imagine.
Repentance and Forgiveness
توبہ و استغفار
سورۃ الفرقان آیت نمبر 70
بسم اللہ الرحمن الرحیم
الا من تاب و اٰمن و عمل عملاً صالحاً فاولٰئک یبدل اللہ سیاٰ تھم حسٰنٰت ط و کان اللہ غفورًا رحیما۔
مگر جس نے توبہ کی اور یقین لایا اور کیا کچھ کام نیک سو ان کو بدل دے گا اللہ برائیوں کی جگہ بھلایاں اور ہے اللہ بخشنے والا مہربان۔
Translation Surah Al Furqan no. 70
بسم اللہ الرحمن الرحیم
Except those who repent and believe (in Islamic Monotheism) and do righteous deeds; for those, Allah will change their sins into good deeds, and Allah is Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful
Permit to Paradise
جنت میں داخلہ
سورۃ الفجر آیت نمبر 30 – 27
بسم اللہ الرحمن الرحیم
یٰا یتھا النفس المطمنۃ۔ ق ارجعی الٰی ربک راضیتہ مر ضیتہ۔ ج
فاد خلی فی عبادی۔ لا واد خلی جنتی۔
اے وہ جس نے چین پکڑا۔ ق پھر چل اپنے رب کی طرف تو اس سے راضی وہ تجھ سے راضی۔ ج پھر شامل ہو میرے بندوں میں۔ لا
اور داخل ہو میری بہشت میں۔
Translation Surah Al Fajar Ayat no 27 – 30
بسم اللہ الرحمن الرحیم
(It will be said to the pious – believers if Islamic Monotheism):
“O (you) the one in (complete) rest and satisfaction!
“come back to you Lord – well-pleased (yourself) and well-pleasing (unto Him!
“enter you then among My (honoured) slaves, and enter you My Paradise.
اللہ تعالٰی کی نعمتیں
ترجمہ سورۃالرعد آیت نمبر 35
بسم اللہ الرحمن الرحیم
حال جنت کا جس کا وعدہ ہے پرہیزگاروں سے ط بہتی ہیں اس کے نیچے نہریں ط
میوہ اس کا ہمیشہ ہے اور سایہ بھی ط یہ بدلہ ہے ان کا جو ڈرتے رھے۔
Translation Surah Ar Ra’d Ayat no. 35
بسم اللہ الرحمن الرحیم
The description of the Paradise which the Muttaqun (the pious) have been promised: underneath it river flows, its provision is eternal and so is its shade; that is the end (final destination) of the Muttaqun (the pious) and the end (final destination) of the disbelievers is fire.
ترجمہ سورۃالنحل آیت نمبر 32 – 30
بسم اللہ الرحمن الرحیم
اور کہا پرہیزگاروں کو کیا اتارا تمہارے رب نے ط بولے نیک بات جنہوں نے بھلائی کی اس دنیا میں ان کو بھلائی ہے ط اور آخرت کا گھر بہتر ہے ط اور کیا خوب گھر ہے پرہیز گاروں کا۔ لا باغ ہیں ہمیشہ رہنے کے لئے جن میں وہ جائیں گے بہتی ہیں ان کے نیچے نہریں ان کے واسطے وہاں ہیں جو چاہیں
ط ایسا بدلہ دے گا اللہ پرہیزگاروں کو۔ لا جن کی جان قیض کرتے ہیں فرشتے اور وہ ستھری ہیں لا کہتے ہیں فرشتے سلامتی ہو تم پر لا جاؤ بہشت میں بدلہ ہے اس کا جو تم کرتے تھے۔
Translation Surah An Nahl Ayat No. 30 – 32
بسم اللہ الرحمن الرحیم
And (when) it is said to those who are the Muttaqun (the pious) “what are that your Lord has sent down?” They say: “that which is good.” For those who do good in this world, there is good, and the home of the Hereafter will be better. And excellent indeed will be the home (i.e. Paradise) of the Muttaqun (the pious)
‘Adn (Eden) Paradise (Gardens of Eternity) which they will enter, under which rivers flow, they will have therein all they wish. Thus, Allah rewards the Muttaqun (the pious)
Those whose lives the angels take while they are in a pious state (i.e. pure from all evils, and worshipping none but Allah Alone) saying (to them): Salamun ‘Alaikum (peace be upon you) enter you Paradise, because of that (the good) which you used to do (in the world).
CONCLUSION
High Commissioner! In short, the life in this world is very short and life Hereafter is forever. If, with the Grace of Allah, the end is upon Eman, then Paradise forever. However, if end is being out of Circle of Islam, then Hell forever, though on the face values one died as Muslim:
لب لباب
ہائی کمشنر! مختصر یہ کہ اس دنیا کی زندگی مختصر ہے اور آخرت کی زندگی ہمیشہ کے لئے ہے۔ خاتمہ ایمان پر ہوا تو ہمیشہ کے لئے جنت۔ خاتمہ دائرہ اسلام سے باہر ہوا تو ہمیشہ کے لئے دوزخ:
ترجمہ سورۃ النسأآ ٓیت نمبر 173
بسم اللہ الرحمن الرحیم
پھر جو لوگ ایمان لائے اور عمل کئے انہوں نے اچھے تو ان کو پورا ثواب دے گا اور زیادہ دے گا اپنے فضل سے ج اور جنہوں نے عار کی اور تکبر کیا سو ان کو عذاب دے گا دردناک لا اور نہ پاویں گے اپنے واسطے اللہ کے سوا کوئی حمایتی اور نہ مددگار۔
Translation Surah An Nisa Ayat no 173
بسم اللہ الرحمن الرحیم
So, as for those who believed (in the Oneness of Allah – Islamic Monotheism) and did deeds of righteousness, He (Allah) will give them their (due) rewards – and more out of His Bounty. But as for those who refused His worship and were proud, He (Allah) will punish them with a painful torment. And they will not find for themselves besides Allah any protector or helper.
High Commissioner! If, with the Toffeeq of Allah, you discharged your duties and responsibilities, then with the Grace of Allah, you can expect Blessings of Allah.
ترجمہ سورۃ النسأآ ٓیت نمبر 125 – 124
بسم اللہ الرحمن الرحیم
اور جو کوئی کام کرے اچھے مرد ہو یا عورت اور وہ ایمان رکھتا ہو سو وہ لوگ داخل ہوں گے جنت میں اور ان کا حق ضائع نہ ہوگا تل بھر۔ اور اس سے بہتر کس کا دین ہو گا جس نے پیشانی رکھی اللہ کے حکم پر اور نیک کاموں میں لگا ہوا ہے اور چلا دین ابراہیم پر جو ایک ہی طرف کا تھا ط اور اللہ نے بنا لیا ابراہیم کو خالص دوست۔
Translation Surah An Nisa Ayat no 124 – 125
بسم اللہ الرحمن الرحیم
And whoever does righteous good deeds, male or female, and is a (true) believer [in the Oneness of Allah (Muslim)], such will enter Paradise and not the least injustices, even to the size of a Naqira (size of the back of a date-stone), will be done to them.
And Who can be better in religion than one who submits his face (himself) to Allah (i.e. follows Allah’s religion of Islamic Monotheism); and he is a Muhsin (a good-doer). And follows the religion of Ibrahim (Abraham) Hanif (Islamic Monotheism – to worship none but Allah alone). And Allah did take Ibrahim (Abraham) as a Khalil (an intimate friend).
