Assalam o Alleyykum!
Mr President!
As below is connotation of Hadith:
-
Khatim ul Anbiyya Mohammed Ibne Abdullah (SAW) said to the effect:
-
There are seven whom Allah will shade in His Shade on the Day when there is no shade except His Shade.
-
a just ruler,
-
a youth who grew up in the worship of Allah, the Mighty and Majestic,
-
a man whose heart is attached to the Masjids,
-
two men who love each other for Allah’s sake, meeting for that and parting upon that,
-
a man who is called by a woman of beauty and position (for illegal intercourse), but he says: ‘I fear Allah’,
-
a man who gives in charity and hides it, such that his left hand does not know what his right hand gives in charity,
-
and, a man who remembered Allah in private and so his eyes shed tears.
Mr President! The first personality whose name is mentioned in the Hadith is
عادل
حکمران ‘Just Ruler’ who will be under the Shadow of Arsh of Allah (SWT). The question emerges why the name of عادل حکمران is mentioned in Hadith?
Mr President! Ulema e Karam say to the effect that the Head of Islamic State is Viceroy of Khatim ul Anbiyya Mohammed Ibne Abdullah (SAW) and his duty and responsibility is to Introduce, Revive and Promote Deen e Islam. Among the concepts of Promotion of Islam the there is a concept that he ought to help Muslims in becoming Muslim where a Muslim does not utter and do an act which get him out of the Circle of Islam and he is not aware of it and his all Good Deeds become meaningless and in the life hereafter he is among the group of Kuffar.
Mr President! History tells that Khatim ul Anbiyya Mohammed Ibne Abdullah (SAW), with Grace of Allah, devised a system where once someone enters in the Circle of Islam, he keeps making efforts to become a Good Muslim. Allah (SAW) has revealed Ayat in Qur’an in this respect:
ترجمہ سورۃ الحجرات آیت نمبر 14
بسم اللہ الرحمن الرحیم
کہتے ہیں گنوار کہ ہم ایمان لائے، تو کہہ دے تم ایمان نہیں لائے پر تم کہو ہم مسلمان ہوئے اور ابھی نہیں گھسا ایمان تمہارے دلوں میں ط اور اگر حکم پر چلو گے اللہ کے اور اس کے رسول کے کاٹ نہ لے گا تمہارے کاموں میں سے کچھ ط اللہ بخشتا ہے مہربان ہے۔
Translation Surah Al Hujurat Ayat no 14
The Bedouins say: Ham Eman Lai (“We believe”) Say: You believe not (Eman Naheen Lai) but you only say, ‘We have surrendered (In Islam)’, for Eman (Faith) has not yet entered your hearts.
But if you obey Allah and His Messenger (Mohammed (SAW), He will not decrease anything in reward for your deeds. Verily, Allah is Oft – forgiving, Most Merciful.

Here it is told that when Eman and belief gets fully strong in the heart and takes root, then the habit of back – biting and fault picking etc. are removed. When a person is involved in searching the faults and defects of others and in vexing humanity, then understand that Eman has not fully permeated into his heart.
Mr President! How a Muslim can become Good Muslim, Allah (SWT) has revealed Guidance in the Qur’an:
ترجمہ سورۃ النسأآیت نمبر136
بسم اللہ الرحمن الرحیم
اے ایمان والو! ایمان (یقین) لاؤ اللہ پر اور اس کے رسول پر اور اس کتاب پر جو نازل کی ہے اپنے رسول پر اور اس کتاب پر جو نازل کی تھی پہلے اور جو کوئی یقین نہ رکھے اللہ پر اور اس کے فرشتوں پر اور کتابوں پر اور قیامت کے دن پر وہ بہک کر دور جا پڑا۔
Translation Surah An Nisa Ayat no. 136
بسم اللہ الرحمن الرحیم
Ay Eman Walo! ((O you who believe)! Believe in Allah and His Messenger (Mohammed (SAW)), and the Book (the Qur’an) which He sent down to His Messenger, and the Scripture which He sent down to those before (him); and whosoever disbelieves in Allah, His Angels, His Books, His Messengers, and the Last Day, then indeed he has strayed far away.
Mr President! In short, Khulfa e Rashideen (RTU) were educated and trained by Prophet Mohammed (SAW). They devised the policies in such a manner that Muslims can become Good Muslims. As below is an extract from the book: Al-Farooq by Maulana Shibli No’mani (RA) what steps were taken by Hazrat Omer (RTU) for Muslims to become Good Muslims:

Whenever He (Hazrat Omer (RTU) had some spare time He (RTU) used to educate himself about the religious Commands.

In Friday Sermon He (RTU) used to express important Commands about daily life and in the Sermon of Hajj He (RTU) used to express Commands and rules and regulation about Hajj.

On page 227 in Mo’ta Imam Mohammed it is written that Hazrat Omer (RTU) delivered Sermon in Arafat and express, more or less, all rules and regulations.
-
Similarly, He (RTU) delivered Sermons travelling in Syria and Bait ul Maqdas. In these Sermons He (RTU) used to express rules and regulations about wars. As there used to be a big congregation, so in this manner the rules and regulation about daily life and otherwise were spread which was not possible otherwise.

At Jabiah in Damascus the Sermon delivered by Hazrat Omer (RTU), the Jurist ascertained many legal issues.

Once delivered a Sermon among the public where the words were:
انی اشھد کم علی امر الا مصار انی لم ابعثھم الا لیفقھوا الناس فی دینھم
That is to say that I make you witness that I sent the officers to tell you the commands and rules and regulation about daily life under the light of Qur’an and Hadith.

In protected countries Hazrat Omer (RTU) appointed Jurists and teachers to let people know about the religious commands.

The historians could not ascertain the number of teachers who were sent in the protected countries to educate the public.

Arrangement of Legal Education

It can be ascertained that in every city there were Jurists who were appointed to educate the public.

Sahib Asad al Bghaba has written about Abdullah bin Mugfal (RTU) that he was among ten Jurists whom Hazrat Omer (RTU) sent to Basra to educate public about rules and regulation under the light of Qur’an and Hadith. The original text is:
کان احد العشرۃ الذین عثھم عمر الی البصرۃ یفقھون من الناس

Allama Zahbi writes in Tazkirah al Hafzmeen about Imran bin Al Haseen (RTU) who was among the high-level Sahabi:
وکان ممن بعثھم عمر بن الخطاب الی اھل البصرۃ لیفقھم
That is to say He was among those whom Hazrat Omer (RTU) had sent to Syria for legal education and Asad bin Al Bghaba had written that this is the person who taught T’a’bi’een the Fiqah i.e. legal education in Syria.

It has been written about Ibadah bin Samat that when Syria was conquered Hazrat Omer (RTU) had sent him and Mua’az bin Jabal (RTU) and Abu Darda (RTU) to Syria to teach Qur’an and Fiqah.

Jalal ud Din Sa’uti has written about Jan bin Abbi Jabla in the Hasan Al Muhadra fi Akhbar Misar Al Qahira that Hazrat Omer (RTU) appointed him to teach Fiqah in Egypt.

The method of these Jurists to teach was that they would sit in the courtyard of Masjid on one side and people would gather around them and ask legal issues and they would reply.

Abu Muslim Kholani (RA) say that he entered in Masjid of Hamas and saw that there were 30 Sahaba (RTU) of high caliber and exchange views about the legal issues. But when they were had a little doubt about an issue they would revert to a young man. I asked the people of the young man and I was told that he is Mua’az bin Jabal
(RTU).

Lais bib Sa’ad say that when Abu Darda (RTU) used to come in Masjid, the congregation was so large like a king. People used to ask about the legal issues.

Mr President! History tells that to become a Good Muslim it is not easy. To become a Good Muslim Hazrat Ibrahim (PBUH) made Dua’a to Allah (SWT). The perspective of this Dua’a is that when Hazrat Ibrahim (PBUH) and Hazrat Isma’iel (PBUH) built Bait Ullah, Allah (SWT) asked them to the effect what they would like in return for building Bait Ullah. The narration is that Hazrat Ibrahim (PBUH) made many Dua’as. Among the Dua’as was the Dua’a to the effect:
O Allah!
Help us to become Good Muslim.
Mr President! Hazrat Ibrahim (PBUH) is the forefathers of all Anbiyya e Karam. It can be construed from Dua’a of Hazrat Ibrahim (PBUH) that to become Good Muslim is not easy that has been express in a verse by Allama Mohammed Iqbal
(RA):
یہ شہادت گۂ الفت میں قدم رکھنا ہے
لوگ آسان سمجھتے ہیں مسلمان ہونا
To step in the Circle of Islam is easy but to become Good Muslim is not easy.
Mr President! In short, in the year 2016 Sheikh Zulfiqar Ahmad Naqshbandi Damat Barakatuhu pointed out some sentences where a Muslim is out of Circle of Islam if he utters those. For example:
No 1
When somebody asks another person where does he live and he replied خدا کے پچھواڑے. (Na’uze Billah! Back of Allah) he has become Kaffir i.e. out of Circle of Islam. Ulema say that there cannot be ‘Back’ of Allah.
No 2
Submission is submission. Ulema say that if someone is told that this thing is as per Shariat and the other person said to the effect: keep away Shariat. By saying this he becomes Kaffir i.e. out of Circle of Islam.
No 3
If someone had expended in the Path of Allah from Haram wealth and expected reward from Allah, he becomes Kaffir i.e. out of Circle of Islam.
No 4
If someone had indigestion and he said to the effect the veins are reciting قل ھواللہ۔۔۔ he becomes Kaffir i.e. out of Circle of Islam.
Mr President! In the month of Ramadan ul Mubarak year 2016, Alhamdu’lillah! along with the wish Ramadan Mubarak, emailed the transcript of Sheikh Zulfiqar Ahmad Naqshbandi Damat Barakatuhu to friends and relatives that it is better to Revive Eman, as sometime in life a sentence may have been uttered or a deed may have been done where one is, unknowingly, out of Circle of Islam. If married, it is better to Revive Nikah as well otherwise, in view of the connotation of Hadith, husband and wife shall be committing ‘Zina’. The extract in respect of husband and wife committing Zina is being copied.

Friends! This is very important subject. Please listen very carefully.

The renowned religious Scholar Sheikh Zulfiqar Ahmed Naqshbandi Damat Barakatuhu say that Khatim ul Anbiyya Mohammed Ibne Abdullah (SAW) said to the effect that before Day of Resurrection husbands will commit ‘Zina’ with their wives.

The Sheikh say to the effect that when we read the connotation of Hadith that husbands shall commit ‘Zina’ with their wives, it was surprising for us and unbelievable and we could not appreciate its meaning.

We asked from our teacher about the meaning of the connotation of Hadith that husbands will commit ‘Zina’ with their wives.

The teacher told us that there are many ways where husband can commit ‘Zina’ with his wife. One of the ways as that husband or wife may utter ‘Kuffaria’ sentence where they are, unknowingly, out of Circle of Islam
and they are not aware of it. So after they are out of Circle of Islam and shall mate, they shall be committing ‘Zina’. Now a days this has become common and people are not aware of it.
Mr President! In the year 2019 happened to watch program ‘Ahkam e Shariat’ on website: www.youtube.com. In this program Mufti Akmal Damat Barakatuhu was asked about how the Revive Eman and Nikah. He told the way how to Revive Eman and Nikah which has been copied in the article: تجدید ایمان اور تجدید نکاح. This is very easy. There is no need for an Alim. Only husband, wife and two witnesses are required.
Mr President! In this day of age, the ‘digression’ from the Right Path is on the rise. Jazira tul Arab where Deen e Islam had originated, the Axes of Evils are being promoted. For example: in United Arab Emirate there are shops where meat of pig is sold, there are wine bars, casinos, night clubs and shamelessness. In Saudi Arabia a city by the name of Neon is being built where there shall be no Islamic jurisdiction and facilities shall be provided for luxurious way of life. At the moment women have been made free from Hijab and Niqab, women can drive cars on their own and women can go abroad without the permission of their husbands, etc. etc.
Mr President! Project: Call for Peace warranted that the sentences and deeds are highlighted so the Heads of the Islamic States assess themselves to see if they are out of the Circle of Islam and they are not aware of this fact.
Mr President! In short, ‘Science’ is the knowledge where its object is that mankind gets closer to the Lone Entity of Allah (SWT). Analysis of the properties of the creations of the universe is made by ‘Scientific’ knowledge so that the Greatness and Magnificence of the Entity of Allah is penetrated in the hearts and minds of the mankind and keep getting closer to Allah (SWT) and earn the status of Vali (friend) of Allah (SWT). But, unfortunately, the Scientists considered their personal knowledge to analyze the properties of the creations of the universe while the knowledge was bestowed by Allah (SWT). As the Scientists considered it their personal knowledge so majority of the Scientists denied the existence of the Lone Entity of Allah. As Heads of the Islamic States have not devised policies to educate the public, so the public had been unaware of teachings of Deen e Islam and is being driven away from Allah (SWT).
Mr President! In short, Alhamdu’lillah! letters have been written to Ulema e Karam and Darul Uloom with a petition that they ought to make aspect of تجدید ایمان اور تجدید نکاح part of their Sermons and speeches where Muslim Ummah can assess the level of their Eman and realise that if, unknowingly, they are out of the Circle of Islam. The letters written to Ulema e Karam and Darul Uloom have been uploaded on the following websites so that the message of تجدید ایمان اور تجدید نکاح is conveyed all over the world.
Mr President! You can appreciate that if the end is based upon Eman but did not beg for the Toffeeq of Allah in respect of repentance and forgiveness then the permit to go to Paradise can be achieved, with the Grace of Allah, after serving punishment in Hell. The narration is from Hazrat Abdullah bin Masood (RTU) and Masnad e Azam. Hazrat Abdullah bib Masood (RTU) states that a person came in the presence of Khatim ul Anbiyya Mohammed Ibne Abdullah (SAW) and petitioned a question to the effect:
Ya Rasool Allah! The people in whose hearts there shall be Kalema: لا الہ الاللہ محمد الرسول اللہ, is there anyone among them who will remain in Hell for a long long time due to his sins and disobediences but reciting Kalema لا الہ الاللہ محمد الرسول اللہ , will he be forgiven?

The Prophet Mohammed (SAW) said to the effect: Yes! There shall be a man in the lowest sect of Hell and he will be calling Allah (SWT) by His names: یا حنان یا منان . یا حنان means: the one who loves. یا منان means the one who do favour.

He was reciting یا حنان یا منان, یا حنان یا منان. Hazrat Gibra’iel (PBUH) will listen to these voices which were full of pain. He (PBUH) wonder whose voice this is. He (PBUH) will become restless and He (PBUH) will go to Allah by running and prostrate before the Lone Entity of Allah.

Allah (SWT) will say to the effect: O Gibra’iel! Raise your head. Why have you come? What strange thing you have seen or heard?
Allah (SWT) is Aleem. Being Aleem Allah (SWT) Knew
but still ask what strange thing He (PBUH) has seen.

Hazrat Gibra’iel (PBUH) shall petition to the effect: O Allah! I have heard a voice that is coming from the bottom of the Hell and the caller is calling: یا حنان یا منان. The voice is so much painful that I felt that I should go and help him. I have come to seek Your (SWT) permission.

Allah (SWT) will say to the effect:
O Gibra’iel! Go to Mallick, the supervisor of Hell and ask him to bring out the Bandah who is calling Me (SWT) یا حنان یا منان.

Hazrat Gibra’iel PBUH) goes toward Hell and knock the door. Mallick
asked to the effect: Who is there?
Hazrat Gibra’iel (PBUH) replied to the effect: Gibra’iel!
Mallick asked to the effect: What brings you here?
Hazrat Gibra’iel (PBUH) replied to the effect: Allah (SWT) has sent me.
Mallick asked to the effect: Why have you come?
Hazrat Gibra’iel (PBUH) said to the effect: the Bandah calling یا حنان یا منان Allah (SWT) has asked to take him out from Hell.

Mallick, in charge of Hell, will go at the lowest level of Hell and look for the Bandah calling یا حنان یا منان. But he will not find him. Mallick recognise the جہنمیوں (Hellish) like mother recognises her offspring but he will not be able to locate him. He will come back and tell Hazrat Gibra’iel (PBUH) that the Hell has breathed and cannot differentiate which is stone and which is iron. Those are all red. Cannot locate the person.

Hazrat Gibra’iel (PBUH) will go back to Allah (SWT) and again prostrate. Allah (SWT) will say to the effect: O Gibra’iel! Raise your head and tell me.

Hazrat Gibra’iel (PBUH) shall raise his head and say to the effect: O Allah! We could not locate Your Bandah who is calling یا حنان یا منان. the voice can be heard but could not locate.

Allah (SWT) will ask Hazrat Gibra’iel to the effect that go and tell Mallick to go such and such level in Hell and he will find the person who is calling یا حنان یا منان.

Hazrat Gibra’iel (PBUH) will come and tell Mallick where he can find the person calling یا حنان یا منان.
-
Mallick will go to the level of Hell. He will see that the Bandah is hanging upside down and his forehead and feet tied. Booth hands are tied behind the neck and snakes and scorpion are clinging. اللہ اکبر!

Mallick pick him up and shake him. Snakes and scorpion will fall down. Mallick again pick him up and shake him. This time the chains will break. The he will take him out of Hell.

Mallick take him to the canal near Paradise. This is the canal where ) جہنمی Hellish( are dipped after the punishment of their sins where they become clean and pure. The person shall be dipped by Mallick in the canal and thereafter he will hand him over to Hazrat Gibra’iel (PBUH) and say to the effect: Allah (SWT) has called him, please take him away.

Hazrat Gibra’iel (PBUH) will take him to Allah (SWT). On the way other Angels will see this man and think to the effect that how cruel this man was where there is no meat on his body that has been eaten by snakes and scorpions, only bones have been left.

The Bandah will reach in the presence of Allah (SWT) and Prostrate. Allah will say to the effect: Raise your head. Then there will be dialogue between Allah (SWT) and the Bandah.

Allah (SWT) will ask to the effect: O My Bandah! Tell me, did We not bestow with handsome face and body?
He will say to the effect! O Allah! You had bestowed me with handsome face and body.
Allah (SWT) will ask to the effect: Did We not commission Anbiyya e Karam towards you?
He will say to the effect: O Allah! You had commissioned Anbiyya e Karam.
Allah (SWT) will ask to the effect: Did the Prophet not Commanded you to do Good Deeds?
He will reply to the effect: O Allah! He (PBUH) did Command to do Good Deeds.
Allah (SWT) will ask to the effect: Did the Prophet (PBUH) asked you to perform Salat?
He will reply to the effect: O Allah! The Prophet (PBUH) did ask to perform Salat.
Allah (SWT) will ask to the effect: Did Prophet (PBUH) not ask you to refrain from sins?
He will reply to the effect! O Allah! The Prophet (PBUH) did ask me to refrain from sins.

When the Bandah will accept everything then Allah (SWT) will ask to the effect: tell Me (SWT) why did you do this?

Brothers and Sisters! This question is very important for all of us that Allah (SWT) will ask every one of us: Why did you do this? Anbiyya were commissioned, you were told how to do Good Deeds, you were asked to refrain from sins, handsome face and body was given, bestowed with wisdom. Allah (SWT) will ask to the effect: you were bestowed all these Bounties. What have you brought in return for these Bounties?

The Bandah will petition to the effect: O Allah! I confess that I had been cruel on my soul. Long time has passed in Hell. All the people in whose heart was Kalema Tayyibah: لا الہ اللہ محمد الرسول اللہ are out of the Hell and I had been left behind. But O Allah! I had not been despondent of Your Blessings. Even in the lowest level of Hell I had hope that I have Kalema Tayyibah لا الہ اللہ محمد الرسول اللہ in my heart and I was calling You by Your names حنان اور منان.

Allah (SWT) will say to the effect to the Angels: O Angels! Be witness that I have Blessed him and forgiven him and determined Paradise for Him.

Brothers and Sisters! The intensity of the heat of Hell fire can be imagined in accordance with the connotation of Hadith where Khatim ul Anbiyya Mohammed Ibne Abdullah (SAW) said to the effect: a man will be brought whom Allah (SWT) had Blessed him with Bounties of every kind and he never became aggrieved.
The Hell will be brought and keep it at distance of 500 years.
There will be a wind of Hell.
Allah (SWT) will ask the person to the effect: O My Bandah! Did you feel any happiness in your life in the world?
The Intensity of heat of Hell would be so high that he will forget if he was ever happy in his life in the world.

Brothers and Sisters! Just imagine the person who will live in Hell for a long long time what will his end be? Allah (SWT) will ask to the effect: You have been bestowed with all the Bounties, what have you brought in return?

Brothers and Sisters! Please think and I should also think that if Allah (SWT) asked to the effect that you were given youth, tell, where have your spent it. Tell, you were commanded to offer Salat, how many you had performed? Tell, Qur’an was revealed. How much you have followed? Brothers and Sisters! These questions shall, definitely, be asked by Allah (SWT).

However, learned one thing. One ought to make Dua’a to Allah (SWT) by His names:
حنان اور منان. Allah (SWT) accepts Dua’a of His Bandah. Please include this sentence in your Dua’as:
یا ذوالجلال والاکرام، یا بدیع السمٰوٰت والارض
These sentences have been mentioned in Hadith that Alhamdu’lillah! Dua’a is accepted by these sentences.

Brothers and Sisters! Please be hopeful of the Blessings of Allah (SWT). Do not be despondent. Perform Good Deeds and hope that Insha’allah! Allah (SWT) will Bless me with His Grace. May Allah (SWT) give us Toffeeq to do Good Deeds and refrain from Bad Deeds.
آمین ثم آمین
Mr President! In view of the context of above Hadith one can hope, from the Grace of Allah (SWT), that after the punishment in Hell for hundreds and thousands of years to be free from Hell. But if a Muslim, unknowingly, gets out of the Circle of Islam, the Hell shall keep hosting him forever that has been revealed in the Qur’an:
ترجمہ سورۃ الواقعہ آیت نمبر56 – 50
بسم اللہ الرحمن الرحیم
ایک دن مقرر کے وقت پر۔ پھر تم جو ہو اے بہکے ہوؤ جھٹلانے والو۔ لا البتہ کھاؤ گے ایک درخت سینڈ کے سے۔ پھر بھرو اس سے پیٹ۔ ج پھر پیو گے اس پر جلتا پانی ج پھر پیو گے جیسے پیئں اونٹ تونسے ہوئے۔ یہ مہمانی ہے ان کی انصاف کے دن کی۔
Translation Surah Al Waqi’ah Ayat no. 50 -56
بسم اللہ الرحمن الرحیم
“All will surely, be gathered together for appointed Meeting of a known Day.
“Then moreover, verily, you the erring-ones, the deniers (of Resurrection)!
“You verily, will eat of the trees of Zaqqum.
“Then you will fill your bellies therewith,
“And drink boiling water on top of it.
“And you will drink (that) like thirsty camels!
That will be their entertainment on the Day of Recompense,
Mr President! Naffas and Shaitan will make think that Allah is Reman and Raheem, when a Muslim did not know that uttering such and such sentence gets one out of Circle of Islam then cannot Allah (SWT) ignore and do not let him out of Circle of Islam and the sentence or deed determined as sin? ?????
Mr President! The idiom is to the effect:
Ignorance of the Law is no excuse.
Mr President! Ulema say that when one enters in the Circle of Islam it is necessary for him to enquire that that what are the sentences and deeds that may get him out of the Circle of Islam. For example: when one joins an organisation to render his services he is under obligation to find out that which actions of his may let him leave the organisation.
Mr President! However, Allah is Reman and Raheem. Once Muslim becomes aware that by speaking Kuffaria Kalema and doing Kuffaria act has gotten him out of Circle of Islam, then he can Revive his Eman and Nikah. Alhamdu’lillah! Allah (SWT), with His Grace, made it easy to Revive Eman and Nikah. There is no need for an Alim.

A sister asked question, please tell us the method of Revival of Eman and Revival of Nikah.
The method of Revival of Eman and Revival of Nikah is very simple.
کہ یا رب کریم سابقہ زندگی میں مجھ سے اگرکوئی کلمہ کفر جان بوجھ کر یا غلطی سے سرزد ہو گیا ہو یا کوئی خطا یا گناہ ہو گیا ہو اور جس سے میرے ایمان میں خلل پیدا ہو گیا ہو تو میں صدق دل سے معافی مانگتا ہوں/ مانگتی ہوں، میری توبہ اپنے فضل و کرم سے قبول فرما لیں۔
O Allah! In my past life should I had uttered a sentence or did deed, knowingly or unknowingly where vacuum emerged in my Eman, I beg forgiveness with sincerity of my heart. Please, with Your Grace, accept my repentance, and I promise to be careful in future.
After this please recite Kalema Tayyibah and/or Kalema Shahadat. Alhamdu’lillah! Your Eman has Revived.
To Revive Nikah it is necessary that husband and wife must be present. Moreover, there must of two witnesses who are adult and in their senses. The witness can be adult sons and also adult family members. There is no need of an Alim.
The husband and wife should sit facing each other.
Wife ought to say to her husband to the effect:
میں آپ کو اجازت دیتی ہوں کہ آپ میرا نکاح اپنے ساتھ کرلیں
I permit you to take me in your Nikah.
The Husband in response ought to say to the effect:
میں نے تمہارا نکاح اپنے ساتھ کیا
I took you in my Nikah.
When husband has said: I took you in my Nikah, Alhamdu’lillah! Nikah has been Revived.
It is better to say it three times. However, to say only once is enough. There is no need for new Haq Maher.
It is better to Revive Eman now and then and also every three month or six months Nikah ought to be revived as unknowingly as sentences may be uttered where vacuum emerges in Eman.
کبھی کبھار یا روزانہ تجدید ایمان کرلیا کریں اور کبھی تین مہینے یا چھ مہینے میں تجدید نکاح ہو جائے۔ اسی طرح گھر میں رہتے ہوئے بہتر ہوتا ہے نادانستہ طور پرزبان سے کچھ کلمات ایسے نکل سکتے ہیں جن سے ایمان میں خلل پیدا ہو جائے۔
Khatim ul Anbiyya Mohammed Ibne Abdullah (SAW) said to the effect: sometimes one utters such sentences and he does not realise its severity. But such sentence can become source of going into Hell.
So, efforts ought to be made to Revive Eman, habitually.
Mr President! If one is single, he or she just have to revive their Eman by confessing:

Mr President! In view of the reply by Mufti Akmal Damat Barakatuhu there is no need for a witness in the case of single person to revive Eman. However, two witnesses are required where one is married.
Mr President! As below is an example that how unknowingly a Muslim can be out of the Circle of Islam.
Mr President! A news has been published that in many countries there is jurisdiction that even a visitor can be jailed to break the law unknowingly.
Mr President! As below are actions which are in relation to normal daily life. But if those are committed the doer will be held criminally liable and deserve to be punished.
Worlds most bizarre laws that could land you in jail – from feeding pigeons and accidentally touching a stranger to sitting on church steps

Mr President! If the travellers go to these countries for visit and if they did any of the acts where the law of the state is broken, he will be held criminal and put in jail. Therefore, it is necessary for the travellers that before the visit the country they ought to be aware of the legal jurisdiction of the state. Mr President! Similarly, every Muslim is under obligation to learn about the sentences and deeds which can get him out of the Circle of Islam.
Mr President! As majority of Muslim Ummah has digressed from the Right Path and has become indifferent that it can be out of Circle of Islam, any time. The thought in their heart and mind is that they are Muslim and Muslims will go to Paradise and Allah (SWT) shall forgive their sins, with His Grace.
Mr President! Alhamdu’lillah! Allah (SWT) is Rehman and Raheem. Being Aleem Allah (SWT) Knows that majority of Muslim Ummah, unknowingly, has gotten out of the Circle of Islam. Alhamdu’lillah! Allah (SWT) has bestowed Toffeeq to project: Call for Peace to write an article on the subject of تجدید ایمان اور تجدید نکاح
and published on the websites of project: Call for Peace so the Muslims in the whole world can assess themselves and as precautionary measure they ought to Revive their Eman and Nikah, if married. Mufti Akmal Damat Barakatuhu has mentioned in reply that, now and then, Muslims ought to Revive their Eman and Nikah:

Duty and Responsibility of President of Pakistan
Mr President! Alhamdu’lillah! You are President of Islamia Jamhuria of Pakistan. Pakistan emerged upon the map of the world based upon Kalema Tayyibah: لا الہ الاللہ محمد الرسو ل اللہ. The dream of Pakistan was seen by Molana Ashraf Ali Thanvi (RA) and this dream was fulfilled by Mohammed Ali Jinnah (RA). As below is extract from the book: Tameer e Pakistan and Ulema e Rabbani:

The question emerges at this stage that did Hazrat Thanvi (RA) wanted Pakistan based upon the outline presented by Allama Mohammed Iqbal (RA) and Mohammed Ali Jinnah (RA) in their Sermons and speeches, where the nation is in demand?
Answer to this question is in the visit of Molana Abdul Majid Sahib Dariabadi that he wrote in June 1928 in relation to Hazrat Thanvi (RA) that the image of Pakistan was purely Islamic. This element was very clear in Hazrat Thanvi’s voice. ((نقوش و تاثرات صفحہ23
Upon our request Molana Dariabadi (RA) explained the element of Pure Islamic State in his letter dated 12 may 1955:
Hazrat Thanvi (RA) was not interested in freedom of Rights, freedom of nation. Before him the issue was purely Islamic
and not political. He only wanted Islam to govern.
In the year 1928, when I visited him first time where he explained the outline of Daral Islam and said to the effect:
The wish is that there ought to be a region where there is Pure Islamic State. The entire jurisdiction based upon Qur’an and Hadith i.e. Baitul Ma’al, Zakat, Islamic courts etc. these objects cannot be achieved integrating with other nations. To achieve this object there ought to be only a Muslim Jama’at and everyone must make effort to achieve this object.
Mr President! The history reveals that Mohammed Ali Jinnah (RA) also wanted Politics of Pakistan based upon Qur’an and Hadith. As below are the extract from book: Tameer e Pakistan and Ulema e Rabbani:

In August 1941 when Mohammed Ali Jinnah (RA) came to Hyderabad he was asked the explanation of Islamic State. He told the young students:
The concept of Islamic State is that we look towards the Lone Entity of Allah where our object is to follow the teachings of the Qur’an.
In Islam, there is no obedience of a king or parliament or any person or any organisation.

On 11 July 1946 in Hyderabad Dakan in his speech he said to the effect in a big gathering:

Often, I am asked what will be the Constitution of Pakistan?
This job is of the residents of Pakistan. I believe Qur’an had determined the manner of governing 1,350 years ago.
Mr President! In short, after the death of Qaid e Azam Mohammed Ali Jinnah (RA) and Shahadat of Qaid e Milat Liaqat Ali Khan, the personalities who held the rein of politics of Pakistan, they considered the object of creation of Pakistan as ‘Freedom of Naffas’.
نفس کی آزادی and object of life to accumulate wealth. In short, the heads of state and businessmen started to save wealth in foreign countries and to run the domestic economy started borrowing money from IMF. Moreover, the Aid received from developed countries for development of Pakistan, they also had their share where Pakistan has drowned in the mountain of debts. At present to pay the interest of loans, loans have to be sought from IMF while, as per news, Nawaz Shareef and Asif Ali Zardari have so much wealth that 90 per cent of the Pakistan debts can be repaid.
Mr President! The policies of the present government have broken the backbone of the people of Pakistan. The prices of basic necessities: electricity, gas, and water, are so high which the public cannot bear. Electricity is being stolen. The government has not taken any steps to stop stealth of electricity. The aspect of bribery is at optimum level. Rather, public offices, demand the bribe openly.
Mr President! The question arises, why there is digression in Pakistan?
Mr President! The reason why digression is in Pakistan that circumstantial evidence depict that majority of Muslim Ummah has gotten out of Circle of Islam and they are not aware of it. Qur’an has revealed such Muslims who get out of the Circle of Islam and they are not aware of it.
ترجمہ سورۃ النسأآیت نمبر137
بسم اللہ الرحمن الرحیم
جو لوگ مسلمان ہوئے پھر کافر ہوگئے پھر مسلمان ہوئے پھر کافر ہو گئے پھر بڑھتے رہے کفر میں تو اللہ ان کو ہر گز بخشنے والا نہیں اور نہ دکھلاوے ان کو راہ۔
Translation Surah An Nisa Ayat no. 137
بسم اللہ الرحمن الرحیم
Verily, those who believe, then disbelieve, then believe (again), and (again) disbelieve, and go on increasing in disbelief; Allah will not forgive them, nor guide them on the (right) way.
Mr President! Ulema e Karam elaborate the connotation of the Ayat includes those Muslims as well who, unknowingly, get out of Circle of Islam by, uttering Kuffaria Kalema and done some Kuffaria Deed.
Mr President! Ulema e Karam say that it is in Constitution of Allah that in the state where disobedience of Allah is on the move, Allah (SWT) does not bestow His Blessings. The circumstantial evidence depicts that majority of Muslim Ummah has gotten out of the Circle of Islam and husbands and wives have indulged in ‘Zina’. Therefore, it is necessary that who Muslim Ummah Revive their Eman and Nikah, if married.
Mr President! The connotation of Hadith is to the effect:
Khatim ul Anbiyya Mohammed Ibne Abdullah (SAW) said to the effect: Sometimes Bandah utters such Kalema where he is not
aware of its harm. But this Kalema can become the reason to go to Hell.
Mr President! In short, in this Scientific Age Muslim Ummah appear to have been far away from Deen e Islam and Muslim utters such Kalema where he will be in the Hell forever. Therefore, it is necessary the whole Muslim Ummah Revive its Eman and Nikah.
Mr President! Under the light of Qur’an and Hadith Head of the Islamic State in under obligation to protect the Eman of Muslim Ummah. If he does not take steps to protect the Eman of Muslim Ummah the onus shall be upon his head. As below is the translation of the letter that Khatim ul Anbiyya Mohammed Ibne Abdullah (SAW) wrote to the King Harqul:
بسم اللہ الرحمن الرحیم
This letter is from Mohammed Ibne Abdullah (SAW) Who is Bandah of Allah and His (SWT) Rasool to Harqul who is King of Rome.
Blessings upon the one who follows the Guidance of Allah.
Of course, Harqul, I invite you to embrace Islam, you will be Blessed. However, if you do not embrace Islam then the harm of all of your inhabitants shall be upon your head.
بسم اللہ الرحمن الرحیم
اللہ تبارک و تعالٰی کے نام سے ابتدا کرتا ہوں جو بہت مہربان اور رحم کرنے والا ہے
یہ خط محمد ابن عبداللہ (صل اللہ علیہ وسلم) جو اللہ کے بندے اور رسول ہیں ان کی طرف سے ہرقل کے لئے جو عظیم روم ہے۔ سلامتی نازل ہو اس شخص پر جو ہدایت کی پیروی کرے۔ بیشک ہر قل میں تجھے اسلام کی دعوت دیتا ہوں۔ تو اسلام لا، سلامت رہے گا۔ اللہ تبارک تعالٰی تجھے تیرا اجر دو مرتبہ عطا فرمائے گا۔ پس اگر تو پھر گیا، تو نے اعراض کیا، تو نے میری دعوت کو قبول نہ کیا تو بے شک تجھ پر تیرے متبعین کا وبال ہوگا۔
Mr President! The following sentence of the letter is to taken seriously:
However, if you do not embrace Islam then the harm of all of your inhabitants shall be upon your head.
پس اگر تو پھر گیا، تو نے اعراض کیا، تو نے میری دعوت کو قبول نہ کیا تو بے شک تجھ پر تیرے متبعین کا وبال ہوگا۔
Mr President! You are President of Islamia Jamhuria Pakistan. Alhamdu’lillah! The project: Call for Peace has made you aware with the Toffeeq and Grace of Allah, that in view of the Scientific Age, majority of Muslim Ummah has gotten out of the Circle of Islam. Therefore, if you do not take steps to Revive Eman and Nikah of Muslim Ummah, the burden will be on your shoulders.
Mr President! You are head of the Islamia Jamhuria Pakistan and head of the Islamic State is Viceroy of Khatim ul Anbiyya Mohammed Ibne Abdullah (SAW). Therefore, following responsibilities have emerged:

Mr President! Please address the Muslim Ummah on radio and TV and make them realised that majority of Muslim Ummah has gotten out of the Circle of Islam, so every man and woman study the articles on the above-mentioned websites.

that they ought to study the articles and make part of their Sermons and speeches.

Mr President! Instruct Darul Uloom, colleges, universities that they ought to make Revival of Eman and Revival of Nikah as part of their syllabus.

Mr President! The Prime Minister also address to Muslim Ummah
Mr President! Alhamdu’lillah! Pakistan emerged on the map of the world based upon Kalema Tayyibah: لا الہ الاللہ محمد الرسول اللہ. The Kalema Tayyibah: لا الہ الاللہ محمد الرسول اللہ is sleeping in the hearts of majority of Muslim Ummah as they have gotten out of the Circle of Islam. By Reviving Eman and Nikah it will wake up, with the Grace of Allah and inspire to revert to Allah (SWT). Allah (SWT) is Rehman and Raheem. Insha’allah! Allah (SWT) will forgive them with His Grace and Blessings, Bounties and Barakah shall start pouring and it can be expected that Pakistan becomes the Fort of Islam where Allah (SWT) made it adornment of the map of the world.
CONCLUSION
Mr President! Eman is like a rope. Its one end starts from birth and ends at death. When a Muslim is out of the Circle of Islam the rope is broken. When Bandah Revives Eman and Nikah, the rope is enjoined.
Mr President! The circumstantial evidence depicts that thee rope of Eman of majority of Muslim Ummah has been broken and it is utmost necessity that it is enjoined; otherwise Hell shall be hosting them forever:

بسم اللہ الرحمن الرحیم
ایک دن مقرر کے وقت پر۔ پھر تم جو ہو اے بہکے ہوؤ جھٹلانے والو۔ لا البتہ کھاؤ گے ایک درخت سینڈ کے سے۔ پھر بھرو اس سے پیٹ۔ ج
پھر پیو گے اس پر جلتا پانی
ج پھر پیو گے جیسے پیئں اونٹ تونسے ہوئے۔ یہ مہمانی ہے ان کی انصاف کے دن کی۔
Translation Surah Al Waqi’ah Ayat no. 50 -56
بسم اللہ الرحمن الرحیم
“All will surely, be gathered together for appointed Meeting of a known Day.
“Then moreover, verily, you the erring-ones, the deniers (of Resurrection)!
“You verily, will eat of the trees of Zaqqum.
“Then you will fill your bellies therewith,
“And drink boiling water on top of it.
“And you will drink (that) like thirsty camels!
That will be their entertainment on the Day of Recompense.
