Brothers and Sisters! 
Assalam o Alleyykum
[Peace be Upon You]
Mankind is viceroy of Allah. Allah has assumed the responsibility to look after mankind. For this reason Allah has created the universe and inflicted in the creations powers to serve mankind. To make the creations work for mankind Allah has given ILM (Knowledge) to mankind and with the use of ILM mankind has developed the earth from a barren land to fertile land, built buildings, invented technology, set up space station, man has set foot on the moon and modules are sent on the Mars etc.etc.
Brothers and Sisters! Allah 
has devised a plan where a head of the state is appointed and being viceroy of Allah he assumes the responsibility to look after the people of the state in every respect.
Brothers and Sisters! The head of the state is required to develop contact with Allah spiritually where he will follow the Guidance of Allah i.e. Books of Allah
and then train and educate the people of the state.
Brothers and Sisters! I am a layman. It is natural phenomenon that people are not inclined to listen to a layman but they incline to listen to the authorities. This is why I have written letters to the authorities who can promote project: Call for Peace
by the word of mouth and otherwise.
