Brothers and Sisters! Everyone is looking for Peace
and wants to live in the environments of Peace and Harmony. But it does not appear to be the case in spite of abundance of resources and distances have been shortened by the invention of transportation means; cars, trains
, airplanes
, ships
etc and information technology
has discovered the means of communication: telephone
, fax
, emails
, websites
etc.etc.
Brothers and Sisters! Let us take example of a family that how the environments of Peace and Harmony can prevail. Man i.e. husband and father is head of the house who is responsible to run the household affairs. He plans to run the affairs of the household as per his faculties and means. Now if every member of the family adheres to his plan then there will be Peace and Harmony within the household. But if any member of the family becomes mischievous e.g. demands more than the resources of the head of the house then the environments of the household will be polluted and there will be unrest.
Brothers and Sisters! Similarly head of the state devises policies as per the resources available in the state. There is legal jurisdiction i.e. constitution that devises terms and conditions that the people of the state will follow the guidance given in the constitution. Now when someone does not adhere to the constitution this become state of anarchy. In other words, technically, he does not accept the head of the state as a guide whose guidance need to be followed.

Brothers and Sisters! As the mankindhas stopped believing in the Existence of Allah, the Creator of the universe and mankind, this is the reason that here has been unrestin the whole world. Even the people who believe in the Existence of Allah they are not following His (SWT) Guidance which, technically, does not believe in the Lone Entity of Allah.
