Mohtaram!
The connotation of Hadith is to the effect:
Anas ibn Malik reported: The Messenger of Allah, (SAW) said:
“Seeking knowledge is an obligation upon every Muslim.”
(Source: Sunan Ibn Ma’jah 224)
ترجمہ
انس ابن مالک رضی اللہ تعالٰی عنہ روایت کرتے ہیں کہ آپ صل اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا جس کا مفہوم ہے
کہ علم کا حاصل کرنا ہر مسلمان کی ذمہ داری ہے۔
Mohtaram!
In short, Alhamdu’lillah! After securing Bachelor’s Degree B.Com (Hons) studied to be a Chartered Accountant under the auspice of Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.
Mohtaram! Alhamdu’lillah! Allah (SWT) with His Grace turned the direction of life to look for the Right Path. Introduced with Tablighi Jama’at, benefited from the Sermons of Ulema e Karam, especially, Mufti Saeed Ahmad Palanpuri Damat Barakatuhu, studied Tafseer of Qur’an, Word of Allah, and Sharha (elaboration) of Hadith and developed fondness of learning ILM.
Mohtaram! The soul of knowledge of Accountancy ILM is to analyse the business records, critically, with Eagle Eye. When Allah (SWT), with His Grace, directed to look for the Right Path, the fondness to learn ILM in respect of Deen e Islam kept on developing and Alhamdu’lillah! the accountancy education helped to analyse the Hikmah (Prudence) of Commandments of Allah (SWT) and teachings of Khatim ul Anbiyya Mohammed Ibne Abdullah (SAW).
Mohtaram! The connotation of Hadith is to the effect:
The Prophet Mohammed Ibne Abdullah (SAW) said to the effect:
“Convey from Me even a single Ayat.”
This sentence is part of an authentic Hadith (narration) by Al-Bukhari. May Allah have mercy upon him and other narrators.
It means that the Muslim is required to convey whatever he receives from the Quran and Sunnah (Prophetic Tradition) to the people who are not aware of it.

خاتم الانبیأ محمد ابن عبداللہ صل اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا جس کا مفہوم ہے
میری بات دوسرے لوگوں تک پہنچا دو اگر چہ وہ ایک آیت ہو۔

علمائے کرام اس حدیث پاک کی شرح بیان فرماتے ہیں کہ مسلمان کی یہ ذمہ داری ہے کو جو اسے قرآن اور سنت سے حاصل ہو وہ لوگوں تک پہنچا دے جو بے خبر تھے۔

Mohtaram! Alhamdu’lillah! Listened the Sermon of Sheikh Zulfiqar Ahmad Naqshbandi Damat Barakatuhu on website: www.youtube.com where he highlighted the Kalamata (sentences) and actions where a Muslim, unknowingly, gets out of the Circle of Islam. If he is married his Nikah becomes ‘Void’. Ulema e Karam say that where a married man or woman is out of Circle of Islam they are required to Revive their Eman and Nikah otherwise the connotation of the Hadith shall apply:
The Prophet Mohammed (SAW) said to the effect: such time will come when husband and wife shall commit ‘Zina’.

السّلام علیکم
قرب قیامت میں لوگ بیویوں کے ساتھ زنا کریں گے۔
دوستوایک بہت ہی اہم موضوع ہے۔ ایک بارضرور سنیں۔
معروف مذہبی سکالر شیخ ذوالفقار احمد نقشبندی دامت برکاتہ فرماتے ہیں کہ کہ حضور صل اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا جس کا مفہوم ہے کہ قرب قیامت میں لوگ اپنی بیویوں کے ساتھ زنا کریں گے۔
فرماتے ہیں کہ ہم نے حدیث پڑھی تو ہمیں سمجھ میں نہ آئی۔ ہم نے اپنے استاد سے پوچھا کہ اس حدیث کاکیا مطلب ہے کہ لوگ اپنی بیویوں کے ساتھ زنا کریں گے؟

Brothers and Sisters! This is a very important topic. So listen it again and again.
قرب قیامت میں لوگ بیویوں کے ساتھ زنا کریں گے۔
People will commit ‘Zina’
with their wives.
Brothers and Sisters! The renowned religious Scholar Sheikh Zulfiqar Ahmad Naqshbandi Damat Barakatuhu say that The Prophet Mohammed (SAW) said to the effect that near to Day of Resurrection people will commit ‘Zina’ with their wives. He says that when we read the connotation of the Hadith we could not understand that how it is possible that husband and wife will indulge in ‘Zina’. We asked our teacher to explain the meaning of the connotation of this Hadith.
The teacher replied that: Yes! there are several ways. One of the ways is that where a Husband or wife speaks Kuffaria Kalema, the Nikah becomes ‘Void’ and they are not aware of it. This has become a common issue in this day of age. People are not aware of it that they are no longer husband and wife.
Molana say that we were reading a book in Persian language. Mufti Sahib was teaching us. When he highlighted the Kuffaria Kalamata, we were surprised.
Example:
Sana Ullah Pani Pati writes to the effect that if two persons are conversing and one of them said to the effect: This is Shariat. If the other person said to the effect: keep the Shariat away. The second person has gotten out of the Circle of Islam.
We are required to ask Ulema e Karam about the Kuffaria Kalamat so that we are cautious that we do not speak such Kalemat where we get out of the Circle of Islam.
It is necessary to learn about such ILM. We may say something where the Nikah becomes ‘Void’ and we are under the impression being husband and wife, but the act of ‘Zina’ is being written in our Book of Deeds.
The Nikah becomes ‘Void’ whether wife utters Kuffaria Kalema or husband utters Kuffaria Kalema.
The second situation of Nikah becoming ‘Void’, arises where there is discussion between husband and wife when they are disputing an issue, and indirectly, husband says to the wife e.g.
Go away! I do not need you from now on.
This is called ‘Kinayya’. Divorce become effective, even if the husband said the above sentence in rage. The outcome of such words will be construed that ‘you are not my wife’. Everyone must seek information about such issues.
Shariat inspires to seek ILM. The divorce may become effective by ‘Kinayya’ and husband and wife are not even aware of it and they continue living together as husband and wife. Now a days, husband divorces his wife, divorce become effective and they are aware of it, but they continue to live together as husband and wife fearing that if people will know about it they will be disgraced.
Molana says to the effect that he came across such person who perform Salat five times a day, does Good Deeds and he told me himself that eight years ago he divorced his wife in rage. Afterwards we thought that I am pious, she is pious, if we made this public we shall be disgraced and our offspring’s future will be affected, so we started living together as husband and wife and committing ‘Zina’
in the house.
May Allah Bless Khatim ul Anbiyya Mohammed Ibne Abdullah (SAW) that 1,400 years ago He (SAW) warned that near the Day od Resurrection husbands shall commit ‘Zina’ with their wives. May Allah protect us.

Brothers and Sisters! The circumstantial evidence depicts that in this Scientific Age the majority of Muslim Ummah has digressed from the Right Path and the following context of the Hadith seems applicable:
Verily, the parable of the guidance and knowledge with which Allah the Exalted has sent Me (SAW) is that of rain falling upon the earth.
خاتم الانبیأ محمد ابن عبداللہ صل اللہ علیہ وسلم ارشاد فرماتے ہیں جس کا مفہوم ہے کہ اللہ تبارک و تعالٰی نے اپنے فضل و کرم سے جو مجھے علم دے کر بھیجا ہے وہ اس طرح ہے جیسے بارش زمین پر برستی ہے۔
There is a good piece of land which absorbs the rainfall and as a result there is abundant growth of plants.
آپ صل اللہ علیہ وسلم فرماتے ہیں کہ زمین کا ایک وہ حصہ ہوتا ہے جو بارش کے پانی کو اپنے اندر جذب کر لیتا ہے جس کی وجہ سے بہت سی پیداوار ہوتی ہے۔
Then there is a land hard and barren which retains the water and people benefit from it and they and their animals drink from it.
آپ صل اللہ علیہ وسلم فرماتے ہیں کہ زمین کا ایک اور حصہ جو سخت ہوتا ہے لیکن اپنے اندر بارش کے پانی کو جذب کر لیتا ہے اور لوگوں کو اس سے فائدہ ہوتا ہے اور لوگ اور جانور پانی پیتے ہیں۔
Then there is another land which is barren and neither is water retained nor does any grass grow.
آپ صل اللہ علیہ وسلم فرماتے ہیں کہ زمین کا ایک اور حصہ ہوتا ہے جو زرخیز نہیں ہوتا۔نہ اس میں پانی جذب ہوتا ہے اور نہ ہی اس میں سے گھاس اگتی ہے۔
The likeness of the first one is he who develops understanding of the religion of Allah and he benefits from that with which Allah sent Me (SAW).
آپ صل اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ پہلے زمین کے حصہ کی مثال اس انسان کی ہے جو اللہ کے دین کو سمجھتا ہے اور اس علم سے مستفید ہوتا ہے جو علم اللہ نے مجھے دے کر بھیجا ہے۔
The second is one who acquires knowledge of religion and teaches others.
آپ صل اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا کہ زمین کے دوسرے حصہ کی مثال اس انسان کی ہے جو دین کے علم کا حصول کرتا ہے اور دوسروں کو تعلیم دیتا ہے۔
The third is one who does not pay attention to the message and thus he does not accept the guidance with which Allah sent Me (SAW).
آپ صل اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا کہ تیسرے زمین کے حصہ کی مثال اس شخص کی ہے جو اس پر توجہ نہیں دیتا جس پیغام کے ساتھ میں بھیجا گیا ہوں اور اللہ کی ہدایت پو عمل بھی نہیں کرتا۔

Mohtaram! The context of third part of the above Hadith seems applicable to the majority of Muslim Ummah that they have no interest in learning about teachings of Deed e Islam and Ulema e Karam are aware that majority of Muslim Ummah is unaware of teachings of Shariat.
Mohtaram! In short, it may be possible that such Kalemat may have been uttered by majority of Muslim Ummah or done some deeds where they have gotten out of the Circle of Islam and if they have not Revived their Eman and Nikah, if married, then their end shall be on Kuffar and will be fuel of Hell forever. Ulema e Karam say that if end is based upon Eman but did not seek Toffeeq of Allah for repentance and forgiveness, then after suffering in Hell, the permit to Paradise can be achieved, of course, with the Grace of Allah.
Mohtaram! With due respect, the petition is, please study the article: تجدید ایمان اور تجدید نکاح carefully and make the Kalemat and deeds part of the Sermon and speeches which get a Muslim out of the Circle of Islam. Alhamdu’lillah! Article is published on websites:

Mohtaram! The method of Revival of Eman and Revival of Nikah is very easy. Mufti Akmal Damat Barakatuhu has told this in Programme ‘Ahkam e Shariat’ relayed by ARY in answer to a question. This transcript has been copied in the article.
Mohtaram! Alhamdu’lillah! You are aware that Ulema e Karam are heir to the Anbiyya e Karam. Therefore, with due respect, it is your duty and responsibility that you promote article: تجدید ایمان اور تجدید نکاح verbally and in writings, otherwise you may be accountable on the Day of Judgment.
Mohtaram! No doubt, at present, the project: Call for Peace is not renowned. But, with due respect, petition is that, please try to understand the ‘Soul’ of the article whether the article is based upon Qur’an and Hadith and whether majority of Muslim Ummah, in this Scientific Age, has not gotten out of the Circle of Islam?
Mohtaram! Alhamdu’lillah! The name: Call for Peace, has reached every corner of the world and the object of Call for peace is to Introduce, Revive and Promote
Deen e Islam at international level. No doubt, Non-Muslims are aware of the name: Deen e Islam and teachings of Qur’an and Hadith have been published upon Google and many other networks. But this ILM does not hit the hearts of the people who had assented to the Lone Entity of Allah (SWT):
Translation Surah Al A’raf Ayat no 172
بسم اللہ الرحمن الرحیم
And (remember) when you Lord brought forth from Children of Adam, from their loins, their seed (or from Adam’s loin his offspring) and made them testify as to themselves (saying):
“Am I not your Lord?”
They said: “Yes! We Testify”,
Lest you should say on the Day of Resurrection: Verily, we have been unaware of this.
Mohtaram! The petition is, please included the article: تجدید ایمان اور تجدید نکاح in syllabus of the students in Darul Uloom. You can appreciate that if, even unknowingly, Muslim gets out of the Circle of Islam, all Good Deeds will become meaningless.
Mohtaram! Mufti Akmal Damat Barakatuhu in answer to the question about تجدید ایمان اور تجدید نکاح has inspired that every Muslim husband and wife, periodically, ought to Revive their Eman and Nikah, as precautionary measure. As below is the transcript:
It is better to Revive Eman now and then and also every three month or six months Nikah ought to be revived as unknowingly as sentences may be uttered where vacuum emerges in Eman.
کبھی کبھار یا روزانہ تجدید ایمان کرلیا کریں اور کبھی تین مہینے یا چھ مہینے میں تجدید نکاح ہو جائے۔ اسی طرح گھر میں رہتے ہوئے بہتر ہوتا ہے نادانستہ طور پرزبان سے کچھ کلمات ایسے نکل سکتے ہیں جن سے ایمان میں خلل پیدا ہو جائے۔
