Brothers and Sisters!     

Assalam o Alleyykum

    [Peace be Upon You]

Planning, administration and management are the elements which are required to run an organization. If there is no planning, administration and management then it will state of anarchy where there will be unrest in every sphere of life.

Brothers and Sisters! A number of times you have read that Allah  was Lone Entity and to expose his powers to another entity He (SWT) created Angels, Jinn’at and mankind.

Brothers and Sisters! Allah is Aleem. Allah knew that the creations will have to be inhabited after their creation so Allah created Paradise and Hell.

Brothers and Sisters! The circumstantial evidence depicts that first Allah created Angels. When the Angels saw the enormous powers of Allah they became impressed with the powers of Allah and submitted to Him (SWT) for every moment.

Brothers and Sisters! There is connotation of Hadith:

·       Allah asked Hazrat Gibra’iel (PBUH) to go and see Hell .

·       When he came back Allah asked his thoughts about the Hell.

·       He replied to the effect that everybody will do his best to save himself from the  intensity of Fires of Hell

·       Allah covered Hell with satisfaction of Sensual Appetite by illicit means and asked Hazrat Gibra’iel (PBUH) to observe the Hell again.

·       When he came back he expressed his thoughts to the effect that it appears next to impossible if anybody could save himself from the Fires of Hell.

·       Allah asked him to go and observe Paradise

·       When he came back he expressed his view to the effect that anybody will do everything to get a place in Paradise.

·       Allah covered the Paradise with Ibadaahs   (worship), patience and submission and asked him to go and observe Paradise again.

·       When he came back he expressed his thoughts to the effect that it seems impossible if anyone can secure a place in Paradise.

Brothers and Sisters! Allah is Aleem. Allah Knew that He (SWT) is going to create mankind where he will have to plan, administer and manage his life when he will be sent in the world. So He (SWT) created universe:

Translation Surah Al A’raf Ayat No. 54

بسم اللہ الرحمن الرحیم

Indeed your Lord is Allah, who created the heavens and the earth in Six Days, and then He rose over (Istawa) the Throne (really in a manner that suits His Majesty).

He brings the night  as a cover over the day  seeking it rapidly, and (he created) the sun , the moon , the stars subjected to His Command.

Surely, His is the Creation and Commandment. Blessed is the Lord of the Alamin (mankind, jinn and all that exists).

Brothers and Sisters! The Scholars have derived that Allah created this universe to tell the mankind that while they will be in the world they have to plan, administer and manage their lives through the ILM (Knowledge) they have been given.

Brothers and Sisters! As Allah had sent mankind in this world to make preparation to come back to Homeland Paradise, so He (SWT) was under obligation to devise a constitution which mankind could apply in his day to day life. Alhamdu’lillah! Allah had devised this constitution on Day One i.e. Qur’an. The crux of the constitution is:

·       speak truth  do not lie

·       be honest do not cheat  or deceive

·       honour rights  do not infringe  rights of others

·       enter into wedlock  and do not indulge in illicit sex

·       trade in Halal goods and services and refrain from Haram  goods and services

·       obedient to head of state provided his policies are based upon Qur’an and Hadith

·       refrain from use of intoxicants  as their properties lead to oppose the Guidance of Allah

·       do justice  being independent

·       do not make changes  and adaptation in the Books of Allah

·       respect        your elders and be affectionate to the young

·       pay the dues to the government for the public services           

·       worship Allah  i.e. submit to Allah    and Allah only

·       etc.

Brothers and Sisters! If we look into the constitution of every state we shall see that it is based upon the above values which have been revealed in the Qur’an the Book of Allah.

Brothers and Sisters! It has been mentioned a number of times that mankind has been sent in the world for a test. Test is that if he follows the Guidance of Allah or makes changes and adaptation in the Guidance of Allah to satisfy his Sensual Appetite.

Brothers and Sisters! Allah is Aleem. Allah Knew that there will be development as per the theory of evolution by the ILM  (Knowledge) given by Allah so with the passage of time the age will keep on changing. Brothers and Sisters! The test here is that if the mankind changes the Guidance of Allah with the changing circumstances or does he adapt the changing circumstance in accordance with the Guidance of Allah i.e. as per Qur’an and Hadith.

Brothers and Sisters!

Every state has a legal jurisdiction.

Brothers and Sisters! In fact to devise the legal jurisdiction of the state the base has to be Books of Allah: Taurat, Injeel, Zabur and Qur’an. There has been changes and adaptation in the Books of Allah: Taurat, Injeel and Zabur and therefore the present jurisdiction cannot be based upon the Books. Brothers and Sisters! Allah has assumed the responsibility to safeguard the text of Qur’an and Hadith. So the legal jurisdiction has to be based upon Qur’an and Hadith.

Brothers and Sisters! The method of determining the legal jurisdiction as per Qur’an and Hadithis that when there is new developments it has  to be assessed by the scholars and debated and this has to be passed unanimously and not by the rule of majority.

Brothers and Sisters! In short, Naffas and Shaitan are enemies of mankind and therefore they have inspired the human mind to determine the legal jurisdiction by majority rule. Moreover, they have inspired human mind that religion has no integration with politics so legal jurisdiction has to be determined by the will of the people.

Brothers and Sisters! In fact Democracy is based upon the mischievous scholars who used to make changes and adaptations in the Books of Allah upon the behest of influential people which would become law as it becomes part of the Books of Allah. This fact has been revealed in the Qur’an:

Translation Surah Al Baqrah Ayat no 78

بسم اللہ الرحمن الرحیم

And there are among them (Jews) unlettered people, who know not the Book, but they trust upon false desires and they but guess.

Translation Surah Al Baqrah Ayat  No 79

بسم اللہ الرحمن الرحیم

Then woe to those who write the Book with their own hands and then say, “This is from Allah”, to purchase with it a little price! Woe to them for what their hands have written and woe to them for what they earn by.

Brothers and Sisters! The context of the Ayat no.78 depicts people used to trust the scholars when they would go to them to enquire about an issue.

Brothers and Sisters! The context of the Ayat no. 79 clearly tells that the mischievous scholars used to make changes in the Books of Allah in return for monetary  reward and tell this is Guidance of Allah.

Brothers and Sisters! Democratic system entails:

·       the state is divided into constituencies

·       a representative is elected who represent the people of the constituency in the parliament. His voice and opinion is considered as voice and opinion of all the people of the constituency.

·       In the parliament a Bill is presented which is debated and then passed by majority rule and that Bill become legal jurisdiction.

Brothers and Sisters! Mankind has been sent in this world for a test i.e. if he fulfills requirements of day to day life as per the Guidance of Allah or by self made theologies. Mankind is viceroy of Allah. He abuses his authority and wants to satisfy sensual Appetite by illicit means which has led to:

·       use of alcoholic drinks  have been legalized

·       gambling is legalized

·       financial interest has been legalized

·       the word spouse i.e. husband or wife has been replaced by ‘Partner’. In other words marriage between man and woman is not compulsory

·       same sex   marriage has been legalized

·       etc.

CONCLUSION

Brothers and Sisters! Democracy is production of satisfaction of Sensual Appetite by illicit means and this is being promoted all over the world.

Brothers and Sisters! It is Naffas and Shaitan who are the enemies of mankind who have made human mind to change the direction of life in this world where it is considered that the life is only in this world and there is no life hereafter and concept of Paradise and Hell is just a fantasy.  

Brothers and Sisters! But Allah’s criteria for the return to Homeland Paradise will not change as mankind had entered in pact with Allah that he will honour Al Amanah i.e. follow the Guidance of Allah and should he fail to do so he will have to live in Fires of Hell:

Translation Surah Al Ahzab Ayat no 72

بسم اللہ الرحمن الرحیم

Truly, We did offer Al-Amanah (the trust or moral responsibility or honesty and all that the duties which Allah has ordained) to the heavens and the earth, and the mountains, but they declined to bear it and were afraid of it (i.e. afraid of Allah’s Torment). But man bore it. Verily, he was unjust (to himself) and ignorant (of its results).

Translation Surah Al Ahzab Ayat no 73

بسم اللہ الرحمن الرحیم

So that Allah will punish the hypocrites men and women, and the men and women who are al-Mushrikun (polytheists, idolaters, pagans, disbelievers, in the Oneness of Allah, and His Messenger Mohammed (SAW)). And Allah will pardon (accept the repentance of) the true believers of the Islamic Monotheism, men and women. And Allah is Ever Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful.

Brothers and Sisters! The choice is yours. Do you want to return to Homeland Paradise or to become inhabitants of Hell?
