Brothers and Sisters! Books of Allah mean the Guidance of Allah which used to be revealed to Anbiyya e Karam (Prophets) through Angels. When the Guidance of Allah was revealed then Anbiyya e Karam used to have the revelation ascribed on paper which eventually constituted Book of Allah.

 

Brothers and Sisters! As per narrations there have been, more or less, 124,000 Anbiyya e Karam commissioned in this world. As there had been revelations to every Prophet, so theoretically there should be 124,000 Books of Allah. But there is mention of only four books in the Qur’an:

Brothers and Sisters! Question emerges in mind that how come Qur’an could have been ascribed when even the
universe was not
created, angels were not created i.e. there was only Lone Entity of Allah.

 

Brothers and Sisters! Allah is Aleem. Aleem means the one who has knowledge of everything in the universe, properties of every creation, effect and impact of every property.

 

Brothers
and Sisters! Question emerges in mind that it is agreed that Aleem means the one who has knowledge of every creation of the universe and properties of every
creation but when the universe was not created how come Allah Knew the properties of every creation and their effect and impact.

 

Brothers and Sisters! Allah is Ale mul Ghaib (Knower of Unseen).

 

Brothers
and Sisters! By the attribute of being Ale mul Ghaib Allah Knew what is going to happen in the future as He
(SWT) will be the Creator Himself (SWT).

Brothers and Sisters! Similarly
when the meanings of one Word of Qur’an are explored then the meaning of every word is like a seed and the rays of ILM keep emerging and emerging and emerging. In other words there is no limit to the properties of the text of Qur’an. As Qur’an is Word of Allah so it is revealed in the
Qur’an that if all the oceans become ink, all trees become pens and all the heavens and earth become paper  the properties of Word of Allah will not diminish:

 

Translation Surah Luqman Ayat
no. 26 -27

 

بسم اللہ الرحمن
الرحیم

 

To Allah belongs whatsoever is in the heavens and the earth.
Verily, Allah, He is Al – Ghani (rich, Free of all needs), worthy of all
Praises.

 

And if all the trees on the earth were pens and the sea (were ink wherewith to write), with seven seas behind it to add its
(supply), yet the Words of Allah would not be exhausted. Verily, Allah is All –
Mighty, All Wise.

 

Brothers and Sisters! In short, Qur’an is Word of Allah. Word of Allah is ILM (Knowledge). Therefore, Qur’an likewise Allah is Immortal as ILM originates from Qur’an and Qur’an is Word of Allah.

 

Brothers and Sisters! Question will emerge in mind
that if Qur’an is Word of Allah and is termed as Book of Allah then what is the origin of other Books of Allah:

Taurat (Torah)

 

·        
Injeel (Bible)    

 

·        
Zabur               

 

Brothers and Sisters! Qur’an is Book of Guidance for mankind’s day to day life as well.
Therefore, the Guidance of day to day life
was extracted from Qur’an in accordance of the age and revealed to the Anbiyya e Karam (Prophets).

 

Brothers and Sisters! Mankind has been sent in this world for a test. Therefore, there was no preservation of the text of Taurat, Injeel and Zabur as Allah Knew being Aleem and Ale mul Ghaib that selfish people will make changes in the Books of Allah to satisfy their Sensual Appetite. This aspect has been
revealed in the Qur’an:

 

Translation Surah Al Baqrah Ayat No 79

 

بسم اللہ الرحمن
الرحیم

 

Then woe to those who write the Book with their own hands and then say, “This is from Allah”, to purchase
with it a little price! (To satisfy Sensual Appetite) Woe to them for what their hands have written and woe to them for
what they earn by.

 

Brothers and Sisters! Allah has created mankind so it has a beginning and every beginning has an end. This world has been created and this has an end.

 

Brothers and Sisters! Allah
being Aleem and Ale mul Ghaib knew that mankind will digress from the Right Path so Allah used to
commission Anbiyya e Karam
